For over a decade, I've had the privilege of working alongside entrepreneurs, helping them build and grow their businesses and teams while amplifying the values that made them special. After investing in and supporting nearly two dozen companies, I've learned that the most successful businesses are built on exceptional people and strong relationships - with employees, customers, and community.

My journey in Minnesota began when I joined Target after graduating from college. What started as a career opportunity became much more as I fell in love with the Twin Cities' culture, values, and community. It's also where I met my wife, a native Minnesotan. After spending time in Chicago and on the east coast, we seized the opportunity to return to Minnesota, where we recently welcomed our first son.​
